About Us
The Moat House Café is an enterprise that supports Moat House Community Trust (MHCT), the successor body to Coventry NDC.
MHCT is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, and exists to carry forward the vision and mission of the New Deal for Communities programme that has funded the beginnings of the regeneration of the Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore estates in the North East of Coventry. The charity focuses on creating jobs for the people who live in the area as well as supporting the development of a vibrant and active community.
The company's primary objectives are,
"the promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation and in particular the NDC communities of Deedmore, Henley Green, Manor Farm and wood End."

Mission Statement:
"As an independent and trusted voice of the community, we will be a catalyst for positive change. We will do this by working in partnership with others to achieve a fair and prosperous future for our neighbourhood."
As well as Moat House Café, the Moat House Community Trust is supported by Purple Patch Communications, a marketing social enterprise, and the
Moat House Business Centre which is developed on Dutton Road.

CATERING ASSISTANT REQUIRED
Working pattern includes evenings and weekends
Moat House Community Trust works in the neighbourhood that covers Wood End, Deedmore, Henley Green and Manor Farm in the North East of Coventry. Our Social Enterprise, Moat House Café is now seeking to recruit an experienced Catering Assistant to work at the Café within Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre.
Duties include, preparation of hot and cold foods, front of house service and kitchen duties.
